Christine became a yoga instructor because her practice has had such a profound effect on her life. Yoga continues to make her stronger and more flexible, but more importantly yoga helps her cultivate mindfulness and relieve stress. Years of classical dance training have equipped her with a keen sense of body alignment and awareness. She strives to move and live consciously, balancing power and grace. Forever a student Christine loves being part of the yoga kula (Sanskrit for community) and is grateful for her teachers who lovingly nurture and inspire her. Christine's class provides a safe and playful space for people to clear their minds, challenge themselves and unwind.
