Through practicing yoga, Christine (she/her) discovered she could navigate life's challenges with more ease - and she became a yoga teacher in the hopes of helping others do the same. Forever a student, Christine has over a decade of teaching and mentoring experience. In addition to 500+ hours of yoga teacher training, she is a UCLA-trained Mindfulness Facilitator and certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist. Her classes are trauma-sensitive with an emphasis on the person rather than the posture. Christine's intention is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels like they can come as they are and practice in a way that promotes self-care, self-inquiry, and increased awareness. Christine has been on the cover of Mantra Magazine, wrote for Yoga Digest magazine, and taught stand-up paddleboard yoga at Wanderlust Festival in O’ahu.
